The breakfasts were amazing, especially the fruit salad and cooked breakfast, and the hosts were so welcoming and friendly. Our room had everything we could possibly need. We had a wonderful stay at Lee House, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Lynton.

Greg was a great host and generously shared recommendations for the area. There are some great restaurants nearby and lots of fantastic walks. We stayed just one night at Lee House, but the room was well presented, the bed very comfortable, and the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. Highly recommend!

We stayed with Greg for a couple of nights at the end of September. Lee House is a lovely guest house, just a short walk from the centre of Lynton, with a peaceful, easy-going feel. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms had lovely big towels. Breakfast was excellent, with options for all sorts of needs.

Gregg was very hospitable and made sure we had everything sorted. His suggestions for places to eat and walk nearby were great. Lee House was clean, well appointed and quiet, even with a view over the town and hills. We had a lovely stay and can’t recommend it enough. We’ll be back.

It’s in a good spot near the centre of this lovely North Devon town. The B&B was friendly, warm, organised, clean and tidy, and I really liked the way it was decorated and presented. One of the best I’ve stayed in.
