That homemade orange marmalade was fantastic. We had a wonderful stay, with welcoming hosts, a clean and comfortable room, and an excellent breakfast. We'd be very happy to return and would gladly recommend this B&B.

The garden was beautiful, and the location on the main road worked perfectly for us. Breakfast had a great selection and everything tasted good. Our room was spotless, with lots of attention to detail.

Breakfast was a highlight, especially the famous fruit salad, and our three rooms worked perfectly for our group of five, with separate beds for everyone. The hosts at Southview Guesthouse in Lynton were genuinely friendly and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. I spent a long time looking for the right place in the area, and I'm so glad we chose Southview. It made our visit special, and we'll definitely come back when we're nearby.

Breakfast was amazing, and you choose from a list so it comes fresh to the table without food going to waste. The owners were friendly, the rooms very clean and the location great. I'd like to come back sometime.

Penny and Drew were lovely hosts, and nothing was too much trouble for them. From check-in onward, the service was superb. Our room and its decor were absolutely beautiful, and breakfast was delicious. We can highly recommend this BnB.
