We first found this little gem a few years ago and keep returning whenever we’re nearby. Keith and Kate always greet us warmly and are happy to help with anything. The rooms are lovely and clean, and their breakfast gets the day off to a great start. It’s an ideal spot for Lytham and Blackpool, with an easy stroll into Lytham St. Anne's for dinner. We’d recommend it.

For five nights at the Gaydon, we felt completely at home. Keith and Kate were lovely hosts, the room was very nice, and they served a delicious breakfast every morning. I’d happily recommend this B&B to anyone visiting the area.

We were given such a warm welcome by Keith and Kate. The room was clean and lovely, breakfast was great and set us up for the day. The location, so close to the seafront, was another real plus. Would definitely recommend.

We spent a week here recently and found the whole place spotlessly clean. Keith and Kate treated us like family, and the breakfasts were first class. The accommodation and service both deserve praise. Clean, friendly, and more than adequate!

Another lovely visit. The bedroom was spacious, warm and comfortable, and tea, coffee, milk and the rest were topped up daily. Keith and Kate are wonderful hosts and always give you a warm welcome. Breakfast is exceptional, especially those delicious homemade muffins.
