Tarlair is an easy walk away, and the derelict pool there made a great photo stop. We also spotted dolphins more than once, so binoculars are handy. The house is just one street back from a rocky beach full of rock pools. Inside, it’s warm, quiet, and spacious, with a light, fresh feel and comfy beds with good bedding. The kitchen has plenty of equipment, and there’s a huge TV. Lots of free street parking, a nearby Co-op and convenience shop, and more shops in Banff. Check-in was simple and the owner communicated well. Great value, I’d happily come back.

My husband stayed here for a work trip and came back full of praise. The place was spotless and had everything he needed, plus a bit more. It’s well placed for local amenities and road links, with lovely views too. William made booking really easy. Communication was quick, pleasant, and the instructions were clear. We’d definitely recommend it.
