The harbour view was a lovely part of our mornings, and my son was especially taken with the lighthouse lamps in his bedroom. We also enjoyed the games kept in the chest. There’s no WiFi, but 4G on my phone was plenty for browsing, so that wasn’t an issue. The apartment was beautifully decorated, with a luxurious bed. Milk, biscuits, tea and coffee were waiting in the fridge, and there were bathroom essentials available through an honesty box in case you’d forgotten your own. Since we stayed during Covid, antibacterial wipes were provided so we could clean as we went. The host was helpful with the booking and answered my questions. There were lots of leaflets for ideas, too. It was my first private holiday let, and I wasn’t disappointed. Mrs KERCHER

The beds were really comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed, including condiments that were kindly supplied. On a clear morning, the view was stunning. A wonderful stay, and we’ll definitely be back.

The owner has clearly thought through the little things that make a stay comfortable, and was genuinely lovely. The property was immaculate, with a stunning harbour view. I can’t recommend the apartment enough and am already looking forward to another visit.

Even with a storm outside that made it feel like the world might be ending, the apartment had such a lovely holiday feel. It’s bright white, spotless, very new, and full of stylish touches, with a stunning view across the port. Thanks so much, Sherri.

We spent Christmas here and were made to feel very welcome. There was a Christmas tree, a small gift, and a lovely welcome package waiting for us. Very comfortable, and the welcome was so friendly.
