We stayed for four nights while exploring the area, and it was well worth it. The pub downstairs gets busy and has a good range of beers, with friendly staff too. Our room was simple, clean and comfortable. We booked room only and had light breakfasts at a nearby coffee shop, so I can't comment on the hotel's breakfast.
