Teleri was friendly, very welcoming, and full of useful local knowledge. I found a safe place to keep my bike, though it’s so quiet here I’d probably have been fine leaving it in the car. The room had some great biscuits, and breakfast was substantial. I stayed on a solo mountain bike trip, and Canol y Llan is close to Dfyi bike park, the ClimachX trails, and some local wild trails. Nant yr Arian is a 40 minute drive away. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re heading up on your own.

Lovely setting, with great food. It’s an ideal spot for the Mach Loop, and there’s a beach about 20 mins away too.
