The little cafe served delicious food at fair prices, and the gift shop had lovely artwork and crafts. The staff were kind and told us about the complex's origins and its work for the local community as a non-profit. We had a fantastic family weekend at An Teach Glas, with 14 of us across the two houses. The connecting doors made it feel like one big home, while the two well-equipped kitchens were handy. The furniture was a very high standard, and children could play safely outside where we could see them from the house. Maghera and Draperstown are only a few minutes away. Thanks, An Teach Glas, we'll definitely be back.

It's a peaceful spot, about five minutes from Maghera town centre, with good road links. We found the accommodation very well kept and equipped with everything we could want. The North Antrim coast is around 40 minutes away, and Belfast centre about an hour.

We only booked one night, which wasn't nearly long enough, so we'll have to return for a longer stay. The self-catering place was neat and clean, with good quality furniture and everything we needed. Would highly recommend it.

The address can be a bit misleading. It's closest to Maghera in County Londonderry, so it's best to come through the town rather than approach via Upperlands.
