One of my favourite places to stay, with a lovely, relaxing setting. There are great running routes nearby, including down Darlings Lane and through the woods into Maidenhead Thicket. The Pinkneys Arms is just down the road and serves really good food and drinks at fair prices.

I’ve stayed here twice now, and I’m sure I’ll be back. This lovely B&B is tucked away on the outskirts of Maidenhead, with a pub a short walk down the country lane. The welcome was superb, and everyone was very helpful and friendly. I almost didn’t write a review because I wanted to keep this hidden gem to myself.

The breakfast basket, nicely presented, is left at your door in the morning, and the cosy rooms have all the facilities you need. It’s a beautiful, peaceful place. Deb was welcoming and friendly both before I arrived and when I got there. I’ll definitely stay again.

I much preferred this B&B to the Travellodge I stayed at the previous night. It’s peaceful, and The Pinkneys Arms, a good pub with good food, is within walking distance.
