The rooms were good, but two things left a bad impression. They took payment a month before check-in even though the listing said to pay at check-in, and the owner was very rude when we asked about it. We also only learned after checking in that service wasn't included, despite the place being advertised as service apartments, and we'd have to pay extra for it. Those encounters unfortunately spoiled the stay.

The decor was lovely, and the place was clean and sophisticated with everything we needed for a short trip. There was plenty of space, including a master bedroom with an ensuite plus another bathroom and a WC for guests. We also enjoyed the walks through the park and the general feel of the development.

The location is handy, very close to Maidstone town centre, and the apartments are nice. The mattresses were much too firm for us, and the bedroom windows had no blackout blinds.

The service is amazing, and the secure app sounds like it could be useful for having things done for you. To be honest, it's a good thing for you and your family. I'll be on holiday from August 20 to September 2, and also in October, November and December.
