The refurbished room was really nice, and the new gym equipment was great. I even found myself going to the gym every night. We had another lovely weekend at Village Hotel. We've stayed before, and each visit has been just as good. All the staff were lovely. Aneta deserves a special mention for her warm welcome and genuine smile. She put us at ease straight away, helped us throughout, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right for us. Thanks again. We'll definitely be back.

We've stayed here several times over the last few years and have always been impressed. The refurbished rooms are very nice, clean, and have really comfortable beds. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the dining area and its staff were great too.

We were here overnight for a wedding the next day. I hadn't expected much from the bar, but it had darts and boxing, and the service was great. Annie was behind the bar all night, welcoming and friendly, and really added to the experience. Thanks, Annie. We'd definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at Village hotel twice in the last two weeks and really can't fault it. It's a little out of town, but the motorway link is great. Staff always greeted me with a smile and stopped for a chat. The food was good, with loads of breakfast choices and a good evening restaurant menu. Meals came quickly and were good quality. Staff even suggested downloading an app to get 10% off food and drink.

Aneta's genuine kindness and excellent service made my birthday break at Village Hotel Maidstone really special. She gave us a warm welcome and was outstanding throughout. Our room was lovely, clean, and comfortable. We had dinner at the Village Grill bar/ restaurant, where the team were friendly and welcoming. Aaron at the bar kindly helped carry my many drinks to the room and knew the new menu inside out. Bailey was always helpful in the restaurant too. At breakfast, the poached eggs were great. Thank you to the chef and the breakfast team Maidstone, and to Aaron and Bailey for making our stay so good.
