Ria and Stephen were lovely, very friendly and accommodating. The house is in a quiet dead-end road, about a 10-minute walk from the station, with pretty, carefully kept gardens and great views on both sides. My twin room was welcoming and clean, with a really comfortable bed and pillows to die for. Breakfast was good, especially the soft-yolk eggs and sausage, though I could have eaten a couple more sausages. Check-in starts at 12.00 and check-out is 10.30.

Breakfast was served in a beautiful dining room and was just right. They even offered more toast, and nothing felt like too much trouble. We were made to feel at home from the start, with tea, coffee and biscuits in our room, our own bathroom and a sparkling clean walk-in shower. They'd kindly added an extra bed to the twin room for the three of us. We could choose our breakfast time and say whether we wanted a full English, then got a key and were left to settle in. By the time we left, it felt like visiting a friend. I'd happily book again and can't recommend it enough.

WE FELT RIGHT AT HOME AND HAD A PERFECT NIGHT. WE WERE THERE FOR A WEDDING. THE BEDDING AND TOWELS WERE LOVELY, FRESH AND CLEAN, AND EVERYTHING WAS TIDY. BREAKFAST WAS FRESHLY COOKED AND HOT. WE LOVED THE TWO DOGS TOO. THANK YOU.
