We'd happily come back. The staff were all friendly, helpful and smiling, and both our evening meal and breakfast were consistently good. The food was well priced, with generous portions and great quality. We met friends for one night, and the location was fabulous, with the Malvern Hills just a short walk away. It was a bonus that the hotel welcomes dogs. Our rooms were spacious and clean, though a little tired. We were told refurbishment was imminent, and that the ground floor had already been done. Thank you all.

The people were friendly, and we enjoyed breakfast during our overnight stay after a funeral in Malvern. The room felt a bit oppressive with its dark blue walls, and everything seemed very tired. In the dining room, the grey and whitish colours, along with the bare floor, made it echoey and short on ambience.

We had such a good time here. The staff were wonderful, and it’s a lovely dog-friendly hotel. There’s plenty of choice at both breakfast and dinner, and the food was amazing. Special mention for the chips, the best ever! It’s also well placed for exploring the hills and surrounding area. Thank you.

The refurb has given the hotel a stylish, welcoming feel and a lovely ambience. There’s a real buzz of excitement and pride about the place. Colwall is lucky to have so many good venues for socialising, and this hotel, bar and restaurant can handle anything from an intimate party to a big function. Our club’s Christmas lunch was a fantastic way to kick off the festivities. The food was delicious, piping hot and beautifully presented, thanks to a very good kitchen team. Huge thanks to manager Matt, Karen, Eve and all the staff who made it special. The previous hotel had no complaints from us, but this change has been a lovely refresh. We’ll be back!!!

Karen organised everything, and having the food pre-ordered made things much easier for our family group of 21. Jess and the rest of the team looked after us too. We had a fantastic Sunday meal at Colwall Park for a family birthday, our second celebration there, and everyone was well catered for. If you want a beautiful setting and fantastic food, I highly recommend Colwall Park.
