Breakfast was amazing, and the stay felt really homely. Nothing was too much trouble. I’d absolutely come back.

Richard and his furry family made the stay feel warm and welcoming, and I really enjoyed the history of the place. My double bedroom was very comfortable and conveniently close to the shared bathroom. Breakfast was delicious and set me up for the day.

Home Farm was a brilliant choice for me and my 4-month-old, as we needed somewhere near Birtsmorton Hall. The host was fantastic and there were thoughtful touches throughout. We slept wonderfully in beautiful surroundings.

We felt very welcome, thanks to Richard being a great host. My partner and I would definitely stay again when we’re in the area.

Richard and Simon have a lovely home, and I’ve stayed at their fantastic b&b several times. It’s in a great spot for visiting local attractions, and breakfast is great. I’d recommend it to anyone.
