I've stayed at The Pheasant’s Nest a couple of times and keep coming back. Mark and Ruby always make me feel welcome. Mark is a brilliant host, helpful and available if needed while giving you room to enjoy your stay. The cabin is cosy and private, with a homely feel. The modern kitchen and bathroom are well equipped, clean and everything works well. Parking is right outside. It's near the main road, but that never bothered me. It's a great base for exploring: Upton upon Avon is lovely, there are plenty of nearby villages, and the Cotswolds shopping centre is about 25 minutes away. Good for walks, days out, or just relaxing. Thanks, Mark and Ruby!

This place is small but still spacious, cosy and furnished to a high standard. It's in a great area for walking and visiting traditional English villages, with interesting strolls for your dog too. Very dog friendly. Definitely go for a relaxing break.

We were looking for a British alternative since the current circumstances meant we couldn't go abroad, and after checking different websites, we found the perfect spot at the Pheasants Nest. It was clean, and the host was absolutely fab, giving us information about things to do around the local area. I can't recommend it highly enough. I only wish we'd stayed longer. In the village of welland, the accommodation was great and the location lovely. The owners welcomed us warmly, then respected our space so we could have maximum privacy. Very dog friendly, but fresh as a daisy.

A week here was bliss, and I loved every minute. With the busy life I have, it was lovely to sit and read or just watch the world go by. There was no phone signal.
