Emily made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived at the Clayton Hotel restaurant and bar, with such warm, sincere kindness that we were at ease right away. She was attentive without hovering, anticipated what we'd need, and offered helpful recommendations. Her patience, grace, and positive attitude made everything feel easy, and it was clear her care went beyond routine professionalism. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. She turned a lovely meal into a memorable experience, and she's a real credit to the Clayton Hotel. We'll definitely return, largely thanks to her.

As a Muslim observing Ramadhan, I asked Clayton Hotel Manchester if an early breakfast could be arranged since I wouldn't be able to eat during the usual hours. They happily did so and had breakfast ready for me. The rooms were spacious and had an amazing view. The restaurant staff were also great about pointing out which items were halal. Excellent service, 10/10, I'd recommend it to everyone.

My husband and I stayed here last night, our first time at a Clayton, and really liked it. The hotel is lovely and just a five-minute walk from the main centre. Breakfast was great, and Nikita made us feel especially welcome. We saw her again at the downstairs bar, had a lovely chat, and enjoyed one of her great lattes. We'll stay here again next time we're in Manchester. Thank you.

Breakfast was a real highlight, thanks to Erika and Grazi. They were cheerful, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure everything was right. Eva at reception was just as lovely, welcoming me with genuine kindness and making check-in smooth. I had a fantastic stay at Clayton Hotel Manchester City Centre, and this team made it memorable. They consistently made me feel valued. Huge thanks to all of them, they're a credit to the hotel.

We booked a night at the Clayton for our anniversary and can't wait to return. It's beautifully done, wonderfully central, and the staff were welcoming and polite. Nikita deserves a special mention, she was so attentive and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfast was lovely, with lots of options and great food.
