My room faced the front of the hotel, and even with the football celebrations going on, it stayed fairly quiet. The sound of water flowing from the lock was oddly relaxing for much of the evening. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and if you've stayed at a Premier Inn before, you'll know the setup. Everything was clean and check-in on the self-service machines was straightforward. I didn't see any staff during my stay, so can't comment on them. I booked two nights in Manchester and split my stay between two hotels because it worked out cheaper. This was a good, affordable place near the city centre and Piccadilly railway station, and I'd recommend it.

The Social communal space is comfortable and stylish, and the bar has a better selection than I expected. The staff were really helpful too. I don't stay at Premier Inn very often, but I've stayed in supposedly better hotels and had a worse experience. If you need a decent place near Piccadilly, I'd recommend this one.

The room was modern, well equipped and very comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and professional throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the wide choice at breakfast and the cozy bar for an evening drink. Getting around was easy from here. Manchester Piccadilly Station is about a five-minute walk away, and Piccadilly Gardens, with its shops, restaurants and city life, is roughly 15 minutes on foot. I'd absolutely recommend the hotel and would happily stay again.

The location is central and the food was nice, but the cleanliness fell short of what we expected. Housekeeping never came by, so we ended up with a little “mountain” of towels in the bathroom. The hotel seems like a good place in principle, though our stay wasn't a good experience. At reception and the bar, the tall blond man, around 1.85 m, and the blond woman didn't seem to enjoy their work. Neither was friendly or keen to find a solution when I asked for help because I didn't have a UK-type charger socket. They said they had none, but when a supervisor got involved, a charger somehow turned up. If they're university students, I hope they graduate soon and find work they enjoy. I gave five stars because Ms. Lainie’s or Nadine (I can't remember her name) was helpful, warm and friendly. Stay well.

After a long day and a cold evening, Nadine's kindness really lifted my spirits. I told her the chocolate was missing from my Premier plus room, and she said she'd sort some out. When she later cleared my dessert plate, she came back with a lovely advent calendar. There still weren't any chocolates for the room, so she apologized and brought me a tin of shortbread instead. I'll remember that warmth. She's a real asset to the Premier Inn. I came down to the social after putting my bags away, and Nadine welcomed me, showed me to a table, got me a drink, took my order and brought the food. It was lovely, and much appreciated on such a chilly night. The hotel itself is wonderful. I've been using Premier Inn a lot for business lately, and when I miss home, the service is always so warm and friendly. Thank you so much 💓
