We booked for Saturday night, but arrived in Manchester with no contact details and couldn’t get into the building. The booking money had been taken, and Adam had confirmed he’d send access details on the day. We waited in a car park for 2hrs, trying to reach someone, and ended up having to find somewhere else to stay at 6pm. We were so let down. Such a horrible way to treat people. Do not book.
