It's unfair to the people living nearby. The noise from this flat is extreme: constant banging, singing, and music goes on until the early hours, and several of us haven't been able to sleep. People also get locked out and bang on the door for hours. This was raised a year ago, so it's clearly been going on for a long time. Please sort it out soon.

I have other videos from the hen parties, and it's always the same: we can't sleep. Most weekends it gets incredibly loud from around 6pm on Friday, and the video I attached was taken at 1:38am on the night from Thursday to Friday. People regularly get locked outside and shout 'open the door' for hours, waking us up. We live right across from your building. I've tried many times to reach you but couldn't find a way without booking. We've been patient for over two years, but this has gone too far. Please do something. We work weekends and this is becoming very difficult.

The roof dripped on us while we slept, and the top floor was soaked through and stank of damp and paint stripper. There was mould on the beds and sheets, and the front door didn't work. If that's your sort of thing, I can strongly recommend it.

The front door wouldn't lock at all, and the shower was leaking badly. The listing said the apartment slept up to 14, but with four double beds and two double pull-out couches, it would only sleep 12 at most. One star only because zero isn't an option.
