The parking space is tight, but my Mk7 Golf fitted. If your car is much bigger, check with the landlord first. I visited in February, and when it was cold the landlord kindly provided wood and kindling for the log burner. The kitchen is well equipped, most of the items look new or fairly recent, and the knives were actually sharp, which is unusual in a cottage. Ner Sea sits in a popular village and is well placed, with good facilities. All in all, a very good cottage and a great stay for the price.

The best part of our week was probably those slow evenings in the 'gin palace' at the top of the house. The accommodation is just about perfect for two, and we can't wait to return. We arrived just as Mr Johnson closed the pubs for the first time, so we didn't get the full Marazion experience. We'll have to try again! 😄

From the upstairs windows you can see St Michaels mount, and Marazion has a lovely beach. Hoxton Special does great coffee. The cottage has everything you need and a parking spot, which is a real bonus since parking can be difficult in Marazion and other Cornish villages. It's cosy for two, opposite a nice pub, and about a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre, where there are more pubs and places to visit.
