The neon purple PREMIER INN sign was a welcoming sight on the walk from the STOURBRIDGE Train/Bus station. I’ve stayed here many times, including a few nights from 4th March 26, and there’s always a friendly greeting. The room is spotlessly clean throughout, with plenty of tea, coffee, milk and sugar. I feel safe at PREMIER INNS, and the familiar look, colours and atmosphere mean a lot. Thanks to the whole STOURBRIDGE team. Much respect!

The chicken had a couple of chewy bits, but the food was pretty good otherwise. An Indian member of the pub team was a credit to Premier Inn, giving first-class table service in the restaurant pub section. Reception staff were superb too. One even came out from reception to serve me my main meal in the pub. I went straight to my room tonight, and it was very clean, with no road noise thanks to the sealed windows. Great work, team Premier Inn.

The reception team sorted out a few room issues quickly on Thursday evening. After that, Rachel and Ellie both gave excellent service. Rachel goes above and beyond for the staff, and Ellie makes sure everyone has what they need. At breakfast the next morning, Steph and Kayleigh were especially attentive. Thank you all for such great service during my recent stay.

Demi is a great chef, the food was great, and the staff felt genuine. At breakfast the next morning, Kayleigh was really helpful and gave me a lovely welcome that set the day off nicely. Indi and Kayleigh were both there to greet me when I arrived at Premier Inn Stourbridge, and it was another warm welcome from them. That’s quite different from Premier Inn at Kingswinford, where the receptionist greeted me with “Surname” last week.

Steph made my stay feel special. She remembered what I’d had for breakfast, and it made me feel seen. The staff are all so friendly. I’d definitely stay again if I were in the area.
