Nest Guesthouse

The bathroom was excellent and very clean, and the room also had a minibar, an electric kettle for tea and coffee, plus other kitchen facilities. The TV with local channels was surprisingly entertaining. It worked well for exploring the area or simply spending two nights. The house is charming and sits in a very residential part of Margate. Bus stops are a few meters away for getting to the best areas of this part of the UK, and there's an avenue nearby with cafés, restaurants and shops. It's about a 30-minute walk to the city center along the top of the coastal cliffs, with incredible views.

Martina and Kevin are such wonderful hosts, and the whole guesthouse feels warm, welcoming and beautiful. They told us lots about the area, and the location makes it easy to get around. There's also a lovely quiet beach at the end of the road. Our room was extremely comfortable and felt like home. At night, the garden lighting makes the place feel enchanting. My daughter and I had a lovely break and are already looking forward to coming back soon!

Our room was clean and felt homely, with a trolley of treats always there. We had a lovely stay at the Nest Guesthouse and would happily come back and recommend it.

We spent three nights at Our Nest and had a brilliant time. The garden was a lovely place to unwind in the evening, and we could walk into town. Botany Bay is nearby, with amazing cliff views, and the Loop bus made it easy to get to Broadstairs and Ramsgate. Martina and Tony were wonderful hosts and made us feel at home. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the trolley had plenty of goodies for a nice breakfast. We’ll definitely return. 🙂
