That suite, room No 21, was so good I didn't want to leave. I loved the bath looking straight out over the beach, the brilliant double shower, the pantry and the comfiest bed. We put on my first ever Album by Blondie on the record player and just relaxed in this special room. No. 42 is in a wonderful part of Margate, and the staff, food and roof top bar were all amazing. We didn't manage to try the spa, but we'll be back. Don't hesitate to book, everything about the hotel was wonderful.

We can't wait for our next visit to no.42. Kevin at reception was always welcoming and ready to help, and everyone on staff was so lovely. Ellie from the spa gave me a wonderful treatment, and I left feeling relaxed and free of stress. The room overlooked the sea and was beautiful, with housekeeping keeping it spotless. Breakfast was amazing every morning, thanks to the breakfast chef, and dinner at the pearly cow on our first night was delicious. Thanks to everyone at no.42!

Carmen and Mandy gave us a fantastic massage in peaceful, beautifully decorated treatment rooms. The hotel itself is lovely, with stylish decor and friendly staff, and the rooftop bar and terrace look out over amazing beach views. A real gem in Margate, and I'd highly recommend it for a weekend break.

That free pantry full of treats was such a nice extra, and we definitely made the most of it. The room was fantastic, the bed incredibly comfortable and the toiletries lovely. We also enjoyed delicious drinks and bar snacks. We already had dinner bookings both nights, otherwise we'd have liked to try the restaurant. Chef Nathan deserves a mention for making us breakfast after we missed the fairly early 10:15 last orders. Breakfast was fresh and delicious both mornings, with a stunning view and lovely interior decor. The staff were friendly, attentive and professional throughout. Couldn't fault the stay, 10/10 and worth every penny. Looking forward to trying the other hotels no42 has to offer.

After our wedding, we stayed at No.42 by GuestHouse, where the team surprised us with a free room upgrade and drinks on the house. It made the end of our special day feel even more perfect. The service was outstanding and the whole stay felt unforgettable. Highly recommend.
