The Bay - rooms only

We loved the decor and the atmosphere here. The service was absolutely brilliant, and the bed was comfortable too. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return if we're back in Margate.

This was our second visit, now with the hotel under new owners. The receptionist was fantastic, friendly and clear about everything we needed to know. We arrived very early, and she even let us leave our luggage there so we could go into town for lunch. Our room was clean and well furnished with everything we needed, including a fantastic shower. The windows opened wide, letting in lots of fresh sea air, and the sea view was a lovely thing to wake up to. I'd highly recommend staying here. We were told the bar and back garden area are being renovated, so we'll definitely return.

We loved the room and the service, and would happily stay again for both the hotel and its location. I'm especially grateful to the staff for going above and beyond to reunite me with the bracelet I left behind. Thanks so much to everyone involved. Highly recommend!! X

The staff were kind and welcoming, and the location was brilliant, right by the seafront and just a few minutes from most attractions. Before I was even inside, the receptionist helped me get my bag through the front door. My partner and I had a lovely room with beautiful decor, quiet nights and a sweet little en-suite. I'm autistic, and the staff were really accommodating whenever I had concerns. They were reassuring, helpful and honest. I honestly can't recommend this place enough!
