Whitney made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. She was so kind and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were cozy, well equipped and spotless, and the common areas had a welcoming mix of comfort and charm. Whitney also gave us great tips for local attractions and hidden gems, and was lovely to chat with. West lake District comfort stays was a 10/10 for me. The accommodation was superb, the atmosphere was warm, and the host was incredibly helpful. I can't recommend it enough and hope to return.
