The owner was really friendly and lived nearby if we needed anything. We had a weekend here with friends, relaxing in the spacious shared area and cooking in the large, well-equipped kitchen. The bedrooms all looked cosy, and a few had their own kitchenettes. There are plenty of walks nearby, including the High Peak Trail. Great for a big group, and we hope to come back next year.
We had a family get-together here. It’s in an excellent spot, and the house works really well for a large group.
We left some things behind, and the owners kindly sent them on without even asking us to cover the delivery. That really impressed us. The place was clean, comfortable and well kept, with beautiful views and every amenity we needed. It’s a peaceful setting and a good size for a big group of friends. The courtyard was lively, though it would’ve been even nicer with sunshine instead of snow and ice. I’d happily recommend it.
Really good quality accommodation, with lovely views and a nice pub just a short walk away. Fantastic place.
The people were very nice, and we had a great stay. The only drawback is there’s no washing machine, so you have to do the laundry by hand.
