We’ve just got back from our residential trip, and it was excellent from beginning to end. The rooms were lovely, with outstanding views over a really scenic setting. Everyone enjoyed the activities, including tug of war, grass sledging, zip wire, aeroball, archery, kayaking, campfire and rock climbing. The instructors were amazing, the food was very tasty, and the schedules ran spot on.

My son has just come home from his school residential absolutely thrilled. The staff at Manor Adventure kept all 60 children busy and happy, including those who were away from home for the first time, and every child enjoyed the visit. I can’t praise the place enough. There was kindness after the trip, too. My son and a friend left their new walking boots behind, so I got in touch with the castle expecting it might not be practical to post them. They sent the boots the very next day, and postage cost far less than I’d feared. We’re very happy and grateful parents. It really is a fantastic place all round.

The views are incredible, and all the activities are brilliant for tiring out the kids. It’s a beautiful castle.

My room was extremely hot, but apart from that it was a 10/10 experience. The rooms are nice, and the staff are lovely and really funny. Some of my favourite staff members were Matty, Sarah, Jayden, John, Georgia B, Beth and Paul.

The meals were delicious and nutritious, with cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner that staff and children all enjoyed. We’ve just returned from a two-night school trip with 40 Year 4/5 children, and the venue was beautiful and really suited both children and staff. From arrival, lots of enthusiastic, engaging staff looked after us well. We enjoyed nine different activities, all of which the children loved. We’ll definitely book again for next year and can’t wait to return.
