The location was ideal, near enough to the M6 to be handy but somehow a world away, in a beautiful village surrounded by rolling hills and ancient trees. Samantha welcomed us warmly, and we felt looked after throughout our stay. There was lovely attention to detail, gorgeous rooms, a huge bed, and luxurious bedding. Breakfast was delicious and very generous too. We’ll definitely return, and can’t recommend Heron View enough.

The host, Sam, helped us plan walks to nearby pubs and towns, and the surrounding area is lovely. We had an amazing stay at this BnB. Our room was huge and beautifully decorated, and breakfast was delicious, a great start to a day out walking. The host was kind and went out of her way in lots of small ways to make us comfortable. Fresh scones were waiting when we arrived.

We stayed for two nights while attending an event nearby, and this was just the right place. It was very reasonably priced for two adults. The B&B is beautiful, spotless, and really well presented. Our spacious room was finished to a high standard, with plenty of thought put into the little extras. The staff were wonderful and friendly, and went above and beyond. There was a delicious range of freshly cooked breakfasts, made with local produce. Highly recommended 👌🏼

In a picturesque village, this is a wonderful B&B. The owner was friendly and helpful, and made an excellent breakfast from scratch each morning. The rooms were immaculately clean. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.

We had a lovely stay at Heron view. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, the rooms were great, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great too. If you want a luxury stay in a quiet, unspoilt village, I can’t recommend this place highly enough.
