I especially appreciated the blue tooth speaker, and the keypad entry was great, no faffing about with keys or cards. +39, the cafe/bar/pizzeria downstairs with the same owners, was excellent and handy to have right there. My room was clean, bright and comfortable, with a lovely shower and everything I needed. The central roundabout location can get a bit noisy at busy times, but ear plugs should sort that out.

I was concerned about overnight parking, but the restaurant staff explained that you only pay between 8am - 8pm and can leave your vehicle in the council car park overnight. They were also really helpful when I had a problem with my room lock and fixed it immediately. My room, ‘Mon’, was beautifully decorated and felt cosy. It had plenty of pillows, a great coffee machine, a lovely clean walk-in shower and all the necessary toiletries. The only downsides were taxis parking right outside my window after 10pm, so I couldn't leave the window open, and the green emergency exit light above the door was annoying when I was trying to sleep. I'd definitely stay again, but perhaps in a room facing another direction.

The room is beautifully renovated, modern and in a great location, and the coded entry was convenient. The owners were lovely and helpful while I was booking, and communication beforehand was pleasant and straightforward. When we arrived in February, both windows had been left wide open and the room was freezing. There were no heating instructions, so I had to figure it out myself before it eventually came on. After a long day I went to make coffee and found old water and visible mould in the machine's reservoir. I had to clean it before use, and in the end didn't feel comfortable drinking from it. The room was warm when we got back that evening, but there was an unpleasant smell, which may explain why the windows had been left open. The bed was very comfortable, but an intermittent beeping from the hallway outside disturbed our sleep. At £100 per night, the cleanliness and attention to detail didn't meet expectations. The room looks lovely, but it hadn't been properly prepared or checked before we arrived. I hope this feedback helps and that these small issues can be addressed, as it could be a wonderful place to stay.

The only thing that let the stay down was the lack of fresh towels or cups and glasses, and there was no refill of coffee pads, tea or milk, even though we stayed for 5 days. I was told I could request these for a stay over 3 days, which I did by email. Perhaps the email was missed. The owners should also update the online check-in process, since it asks for payment again even if you've already paid through a site such as Expedia. We had a small hick up with the door codes, but it was sorted quickly. If we visit the island again, I'd definitely consider coming back. The room and furnishings were lovely, and the twin room had a great bathroom. The hotel owners also run the restaurant/cafe downstairs and the gelateria across the road. We had a really nice meal at the restaurant one evening. It's a great location for exploring Angelesy and places like Snowdonia, Caernarfon and Conwy.

The rooms felt fresh and modern, and they were clean. Staff were friendly too. We also really enjoyed stopping at Plus39 downstairs for coffee and a bite to eat.
