Street parking was available around the side and back of the apartment block. The staff were friendly and showed us to our room. It was a little cold, but they gave us a couple of extra heaters for the night. Not a bad little apartment, and at £30 a night for two of us, I can’t complain.
I spent a month at OYO Victoria Apartments and it really felt like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, and the location and amenities made things comfortable and convenient. My room was spacious, spotless and well maintained. It was an exceptional stay, highly recommend!
I was working away and found the clean, tidy apartment comfortable and good for a stay. The receptionist was lovely and helpful, a real credit to the hotel. I’d definitely come back. They could add more pots, pans and utensils, though. I had meal prep for the week so managed, but cooking would have been impossible otherwise.
Kim, thank you for everything you did for us. We booked in a rush for a work trip up in middlesborough, and the hostess bent over backwards to accommodate us. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were large, comfortable and private. It was easy to find, with easy parking in a safe area. I can’t recommend this place enough.
Kim did an excellent job from the time I booked until we left. Booking.com had overbooked her and then cancelled bookings, and she’d spent all Tuesday on the phone trying to fit everyone in. She even gave up her own bed! We stayed on a manic night in town for the Killers. The bed was comfy, and the place was clean and tidy. It was just what we needed, about a 40-minute walk from Riverside Stadium. I’d definitely stay again.
