We had a really comfortable and enjoyable three-day stay in beautiful surroundings. Our room was self-contained, with a bathroom and walk-in shower. The hosts were friendly and happy to help with anything. There was a wide choice at breakfast, and we enjoyed it very much. We'd highly recommend staying here.

Caroline and Clive at Mill Lodge are the sort of Farmhouse B&B hosts you hope to find. Our room was lovely, and breakfast was fabulous, with both looking out across the garden and fields towards the river. Why choose a hotel when you can stay somewhere with character and charming hosts?

Breakfast in the heated garden room, with the rain outside, was one of the best ways to start a day. Caroline & Clive are lovely hosts and bring a personal touch to everything. Since Covid, I don't want to stay in chain hotels when I'm working away. This adorable little gem is just outside the town where I'm training. It feels like a treat, and it's a nice way to support local businesses. 🥰

The good weather meant we could have breakfast beside the river, which was an added bonus. Mill Lodge is in a beautiful setting, and our room was comfortable, well furnished, and had a lovely ensuite. My wife and I stopped there overnight to split up our drive to Cornwall. Caroline and Clive were so helpful, even suggesting somewhere nearby for dinner. Absolutely delightful.

The breakfast in the glass summerhouse was wonderful. Caroline greeted us warmly when we arrived quite late after playing a gig nearby. It's a quiet, peaceful place, and the people are lovely. Thank you.
