Cotels@Vizion

I hadn't stayed in a serviced apartment before, so these are just my first impressions. It was nicely furnished, and I think I prefer this kind of stay to a hotel. The living room and bedroom each had a TV, and there was home gym equipment, too. It got quite warm in summer, so the standing fan came in handy. For a longer stay, it seems like a great hotel alternative with a more personal feel.

My daughter Taleen, age 10, wrote: "The balcony had a spectacular view, and the security was amazing. We also appreciated the free parking space. We all enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for taking care of us, and I hope to see you again." We stayed at the Cotel for three weeks and had an amazing time. Thanks to Jola and everyone for making us feel welcome.

The grocery store and restaurants just around the corner made the location really convenient. I also jogged in a nearby park each day, and there's a shopping center a few blocks away. I arrived late but the staff's instructions made self check-in easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. It was a lovely home away from home.

After a five-hour drive, it was a relief to find the key and parking instructions simple to follow. The service was efficient, and the welcome pack and guide were thoughtful touches. The apartment was spacious and very clean. It was central, yet quiet in the evenings. I heard little from outside and none of the noise from other apartments or lifts that you get in hotels. I'd have no hesitation staying again if I'm in the area. Many thanks!
