Novotel Milton Keynes

The facilities and room were incredible value, and the hotel itself was excellent. What got in the way was an outside event using the conference rooms. Kids were running, shouting and singing through the corridors without anyone controlling them. One nearly knocked me off my feet. It wasn’t the experience I’d expected.

The pool and sauna were great, and the bed was really comfortable. I didn’t eat at the restaurant, though it looked clean and tidy. The rooms could use an upgrade because the carpets and furniture were heavily soiled. Still, I’d definitely stay again.

The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff polite and friendly, and the food from the menu was really nice, if a little pricey. There’s plenty of parking, and the hotel is just outside the town centre. Shopping, pubs and restaurants are only a few minutes away by reasonably priced Uber. A few things were less convenient: breakfast orange juice was squash rather than real juice, draught beer choices were very limited and mostly unfamiliar brands apart from Guinness, and the cashless setup wasn’t convenient. We still had a very nice stay.

That heated pool and sauna were such relaxing spots, and the hotel’s clean, friendly feel made us feel at home. My husband, son, dog and I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Milton Keynes. Ivana and Anucila at reception made check-in and check-out easy, and they were always ready to answer questions or help with requests. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and breakfast was delicious, but we didn’t enjoy the coffee in the restaurant or from the machine in our room. We came mainly to ski at Snozone, only a quick five-minute drive away, and had a blast. Milton Keynes is a lovely town too. We’re looking forward to coming back, and would happily recommend both the hotel and town.
