The Atrium

The Atrium is well maintained and clean, and we’ve had a great experience working with Alena and Paul. They’ve been helpful and quick to sort out any problems. Alena even showed us around several apartments though we’d only booked to view one. The building feels secure, and the off-road parking out front is a great bonus. Looking forward to working with them again!

The home itself is lovely, really a home from home, and the location is convenient. But management was awful. After I cancelled a reservation, they kept my deposit and room booking fee. They stopped communicating and only said the admin team would refund me ASAP. Two months passed with nothing, so I had to use a Section 75 claim to get my money back, which I now have. It’s on my blacklist, and I won’t stay here again.

The accommodation itself wasn’t bad, but everything had been switched off, including the hot water and fridge, so we had to wait. We had to keep the curtains closed because there were no blinds or privacy glass. Finding the place was difficult and parking was tricky. The hallways smelled of food from different cultures, and post and other things were piled up at the entrance. For a converted office block, it’s not the nicest place in my opinion.

I spent seven months at the Atrium and enjoyed every minute. The flat was brand new with excellent finishing, and the building is new and well maintained. There are plenty of secure parking spaces. Alena, the property manager, is a star and does everything she can to make life easier. Jaimie, the maintenance manager, was extremely professional and also a helpful neighbour.
