The hosts made everything easy for three lady bikers and even catered for special dietary needs. Our rooms were lovely and breakfast was perfect. They'd thought of everything to make the visit enjoyable, and we'd definitely recommend staying here to friends. Thank you both!

Breakfasts are delicious, and they'll cook whatever you fancy. It's only a short walk to the main part of town. The house has a lovely atmosphere, with really friendly owners. The mistress of the house keeps the rooms spotless and in good order, and you're provided with everything you need, including a nice chat.

Breakfast was a highlight. You fill in a form the night before, and there's a choice from cereal to cooked food. I had Muesli straight from the Mill, absolutely out of this world, and it set me up for the day. The breakfast runs from about 7.30 to 9.15am, with the latest sitting at 9.15am, which we chose. Their personally made guidebook has all the information, and the WiFi was handy for sharing photos and messages during the day's trip. Karen and Peter were always around with tips on places to visit and eat, and made us feel very welcome. Cat lovers might also enjoy meeting Sir Eric, their cat, who turns up in different spots around the house, especially where there's company. The Dunster Mill House was an exceptional place to call home for a week, and I'd definitely recommend it to people visiting the area. Karen and Peter were terrific hosts. In all our travels, only a handful of places have welcomed us with cake and a hot brew. I wasn't sure about staying somewhere without its own parking, but we could drive close to the House to unload our luggage. We've passed those instructions on to our daughter, who's joining us later in the week. The car park is only a few minutes away, so carrying our bags wasn't a hardship. How much you pay depends on how long you stay. We were there for 5 days and paid daily using the Payby phone app. Instructions are posted in the car park. Bring a torch if you're walking back at night, as it's not well lit. The decor throughout the house is very classical and seems recently done. Our spacious room had everything we needed, including lots of lights, plug points, a beautiful shower room, seating and storage.

The bedroom was huge and furnished beautifully in a cottage style, and the owners were friendly. Breakfast had plenty of choice. It's not the cheapest place, but I thought it was worth it. You can easily walk into the village, and the Dunster circular walk is 20m from Dunster mill, national trust.

The location is hard to beat, right within the grounds of a castle, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We spent four nights at the Mill House B&B this past weekend and were superbly looked after. Breakfast was decent each day, and I'd have no hesitation recommending it. We'll be back next time we're in the area.
