The rooms were clean and a nice size, and the staff were lovely and always ready to help. I’m so grateful for all the support you gave me and my dog, and for everything you did for us. It was a fantastic place for us to stay. Thank you all.

Not the place for you if you expect anything beyond looking after things yourself. During our three-night stay, nobody came into the room, not even to make the bed.

The girl at the desk was really lovely and helpful. I hadn’t realised they don’t take walk-ins, so I had to book online in the foyer. My room was on the ground floor and the carpet was dirty, with wet patches. There were squashed insects on the wall and an empty Coke bottle on the floor. It didn’t look as though it had been vacuumed. There was a live spider too, though that can’t be helped. Guests in the next room were walking around outside, banging on my window and talking loudly to their partner while smoking weed. If I hadn’t been desperate, I would’ve complained. I don’t think another room was available.
