The Church Front in Angus Council

We stayed at the church front over the Easter holidays for three nights and visited Montrose beach, Lunan Bay, and Dun House. Our whole family had a lovely break, and we're already planning a return. I searched high and low for somewhere pet friendly that was also clean and airy, since my husband and son have pet allergies and our 10-month-old puppy is hypoallergenic. I worried about dog hairs and brought our air purifier just in case, but the place was spotless and both of them were absolutely fine. No animals are allowed on the furniture, which was a bonus. The conversion is stunning, clean, modern, and spacious. Louise was a fantastic host and replied as soon as I messaged. I've told all my family and friends what a beautiful place it is. I'm thankful we found this hidden gem.

The layout is unusual: one bedroom is on the ground floor, and the other is on a mezzanine above the lounge, which is itself a mezzanine. This is a very modern, stylish, and comfortable self-catering place in a former church, well equipped and right in the centre, handy for shops, pubs, and restaurants.

Louise was very efficient, and being able to bring our dog was a real bonus. The place was clean, modern and well equipped. Church Front's lovely stained glass let in plenty of light while still giving privacy. Bars, shops and good restaurants are only a few minutes away, and the beach is a short stroll. We'd most definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
