Eden on the Crescent

We loved staying here as a family of four and couldn’t find a fault. The property exceeded our expectations during our week in August 2024. It was spacious and immaculately clean throughout, with comfortable beds, plenty of towels for all of us, two excellent bathrooms and everything we needed in the kitchen. It’s on a leafy side street with local shops practically on the doorstep, but stays quiet at night. There’s a lovely bakery up the street, cafes, bars, a great chippy across the road, a corner shop and a handy laundrette. The local pub, The Owl, is lovely too. The promenade is right there for morning or evening walks. Morecambe is a couple of minutes’ drive away, a quiet seaside town with great restaurants and shops. Salt Ayre Leisure Centre is five minutes by car, and we loved it. The kids went climbing, and there’s a spa, gym, swimming pool with waterslides and classes. Lancaster is ten minutes away by car, and the Lakes District is just under an hour away.
