Even with the place fully booked, the rooms are wonderfully quiet. You can't hear the other guests at all. Collette was a great host and gave us lots of useful information about the local area. The rooms were clean and tastefully decorated, and breakfast was freshly cooked with a great selection. We'll definitely stay again if we can get a room.

Our compact family room was clean and tidy, with tea and coffee making facilities, and the one night stay was very pleasant. We got a warm welcome and a clear explanation of the keys and breakfast. There was a great breakfast choice. It could get a bit noisy from the room above, though that's not unusual in a guest house. Parking is just on the street, with no dedicated spaces, and can be busy. Great location for a Morecambe break, and I'd recommend it.

The bay views were hard to beat, and the room had lovely decor. Breakfast offered plenty to choose from and was really good. Our hosts were friendly and shared lots of useful tips on places to eat. A guesthouse I'd happily recommend.

We'd happily stay here again when we're back in the area. The owners were so welcoming, friendly and helpful, and breakfast was fantastic. Our room was lovely and the view was amazing.

The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast matched what was listed on the menu. Our room was spotless and laid out nicely, with a very comfortable bed and an en suite. One of the best guesthouses we've stayed in, maybe the best.
