The hotel was quiet, so we slept well. Our room was clean, especially the bathroom, and the bedding was clean too, though the divan looked a bit tatty. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's handy for the town centre, but there's no parking at the hotel. The long-stay car park is nearby and costs £8 for 24 hours.

We had a great stay on NYE. The location was good, easy to find, and parking was close by. The girl on reception was really friendly and helpful. Only small gripes were that the bathroom had no hand soap and the TV remote was flat.

A fab one-night stay. Everything was clean, with immaculate white towels and bedding, and the reception staff were very friendly. We'll be back soon.

I checked in at 3pm after booking room 301 and paying for it, but when I went upstairs the room was a mess and someone was already in there. They'd said it was ready. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't give me one, even though I had to be offered and pay for a different service.

The staff were very friendly. There's also a fantastic shop opposite travel lodge, Morecambe bay discount store, which is really handy for getting everything you need under one roof.
