The garden was lovely, and the cottage felt luxurious, with a welcome pack from Diddly Squat Farm. It was warm too, thanks to the underfloor heating and wood burner. A quiet spot, yet only a short walk from the centre.

We’ve just got home after two lovely nights in this little gem. It felt like a home from home, thanks to the host, and we’d highly recommend it. A great cottage to stay in while visiting the Cotswolds’ outstanding scenery.

The cottage was spotless and comfortable, with a basket of goodies waiting when we arrived. Shops, pubs, restaurants and the park are all an easy walk away. One shower wasn’t working during our stay, but it was still a fabulous place.

Gemma made everything easy and relaxing for our family getaway with our dog. The cottage has a storybook feel, cosy decor and those famously low ceilings, but also modern appliances and a gorgeous patio with six chairs. It was stocked and ready to use, with thoughtful bits like wine, cooking oil, milk and a hair dryer, so we didn’t have to bring them along. The bedrooms were nicely set up and the beds were comfortable. Just bear in mind that the attic bed is a wide single, so I’d call it 2.5 bedrooms rather than three if you’re counting on space for two adults there. With five of us, it worked out fine.
