We were a party of four on 16/11/25, and the bill came to nearly £100. My grandson ordered dessert, but after waiting half an hour for it, we asked for the bill and cancelled it. Nobody apologized. The restaurant was freezing when we arrived, and we ended up eating in our jackets. A staff member tried to turn up the radiator, but it didn't work, and they said the heating was broken. We won't be back.

The three girls serving us were fantastic, and we all enjoyed the food. We had a lovely meal with our two year old and our dog.

Although we'd booked a table at the very last minute for our first visit, we were greeted warmly when we arrived. The restaurant is nicely furnished and decorated. We'd ordered after a large party, so the food took quite a while, but it was very enjoyable when it came. We'll be back!

We'd been a few times before without any problems, and we're local. This time, on 16.11, the heating was out and it was freezing inside. It was especially cold outside, so we sat wearing coats and body warmers. They hadn't called ahead to explain the heating problem, which I think they should have done so we could decide whether to cancel. Service was a bit poor too, with drinks forgotten and everything slow, though the young staff were polite. Nobody apologized about the heating, and we paid in full.

The menu art won us over, and they kindly let us keep one of the menus. We offered to pay, but they wouldn't take anything, so we left a tip to thank them. The food and service were fantastic, and everyone was welcoming and kind. The vibe is lovely, and the place feels cosy and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
