Bethan made me feel welcome when I checked in, and the check-in itself was easy. I was there for four nights on business and had a good experience. My room TV wasn’t working properly, so Bethan came to look at it and later called my room to make sure it was fixed and I was happy with it. Amazing service. I’ll definitely return if I’m in the area again.

The staff were fantastic, always ready to help with a smile, and they made the place feel enjoyable. There’s a Harvester restaurant on the grounds, and the hotel serves cooked or continental breakfast from about 6.30am. The location felt a little remote without a car, though there’s a local bus. The one thing that really stood out on our visit was how dusty the room was, and there was a lot of it. A shame, because everything else was perfect and the dust could easily have been avoided.

Convenient location, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a good range of breakfast food. The staff are really nice too. Really good value for money, and I’ll definitely come back if I need to.

The hot breakfast was excellent, though I’m not sure about the coffee machine. The room was spacious and warm, with a kettle and hairdryer, and there’s a bar by reception. Hard to find fault here.

A comfortable, standard hotel for a night out, with easy access to the M4 motorway from both directions. Rooms are comfortable and child-friendly, with tea, coffee and extra supplies available on request. A continental breakfast can be booked for 7 to 10am. The lift was out of order, and there’s no air conditioning in the rooms.
