The setting was peaceful, with local sights, places to eat and scenic walks all close enough to reach easily. Our room was spotless and full of cosy touches, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. We appreciated the bottled water and quality toiletries too. Breakfast was fresh, tasty and clearly prepared with care. Jane and Mark made us feel at home from the start, with thoughtful extras like tea and homemade cake. My wife and I had a lovely stay, and we’d happily come back.

We’ve just had our fifth stay at The Regency, and it’s still the best B&B we’ve found. Jane and Mark are so friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are clean, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated. There’s plenty to choose from at breakfast, including cooked options, pancakes, yoghurt, porridge and fresh fruit. The bright breakfast room is spotless, too. It’s a peaceful spot, with a village pub serving food, and a handy base for the Broads and Norwich. We can’t fault it.

A lovely guest house in a lovely spot. Jane & Mark were welcoming and thoughtful, and we felt they’d do whatever they could to help. Breakfast was good, with lovely fresh produce. Such a find, and highly recommended.

Neatishead is quiet and quaint, and there’s a great pub just a few minutes’ walk away for dinner and a pint. It made for a good night’s sleep and a convenient base for exploring the North Broads and Norwich. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with an en suite bathroom. The twin room had a large bathroom close by. The bedding was high quality, and there were plenty of thoughtful details: tea, coffee, biscuits and fresh milk brought in a thermos. The Faith in Nature hand soap and shower gel were SLS and paraben free. Mark and Jane also left us delicious Norfolk shortbread. Jane cooked whatever we wanted for breakfast, with a wide selection to choose from. When I fell in the Broads, she even washed and dried my clothes. Mark and Jane were so helpful and welcoming. We’d definitely stay again. Thanks for a warm welcome and a pleasant visit.

Jane and Mark made me feel at home straight away with their warm, genuine welcome. You can see how much care has gone into making each room special. The breakfasts are great as well. I’ll be very sad to leave. Thank you both for being such lovely hosts. Highly recommended.
