Ye Olde Saddlery B&B

Stable 3 was spacious, with a generous bathroom. We didn’t try the hot tub. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of options on the menu. It’s nice that the old saddlery’s original features have been kept, though they do mean sound carries. The place could use a little more care, but we still had a very enjoyable stay.

We’d booked two nights on a friend’s recommendation, and enjoyed it so much that when we were offered another night, we took it without hesitation. The room was cosy and comfortable, with a hot tub, and there was a welcome gift box. The people were absolutely wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, with a good selection. We didn’t need to eat again until dinner. A quiet getaway and good value for money. Highly recommend.

The garden pizza night on Friday was brilliant. The wood-fired pizzas were excellent, and it was fun mixing with the locals. The pub opposite is only about 15 metres away, and the village shop is closer still. We stayed for two nights and felt right at home. Jamie, Marie and the rest of the staff were relaxed and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of choice, and the location was perfect for getting around the Norfolk Broads. Mary even posted my razor back to my home address after I left it in the room. That’s good service. Thanks so much for a great stay.

The staff were welcoming, the room was comfortable and breakfast was fantastic. It’s right in the centre of this beautiful Broadland village, close to a useful local shop and a great pub. There’s lovely countryside and plenty of good walks nearby, with the Broads close by too. Highly recommended.
