We chose the mountain view room and the view was fantastic. Beautiful setting, lovely food and atmosphere, and an amazing breakfast. Can't wait to come back.

The place was buzzing, so we felt lucky to get a table. Staff were friendly and really helpful despite being busy. The menu was great, the food tasty, and the red wine very smooth.

The view was lovely, the service great, and the food incredible. I don't live nearby, but I'd happily make the trip to eat here. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

The location was lovely, and the bar staff were smiley. There's a good choice of drinks. They're not the cheapest, but that feels acceptable for the location. I don't know why one young girl couldn't turn on the heater for her customers when the other girl did it for another table. To the young girl who couldn't be bothered to help, customers are what keep a place open. It wouldn't have taken you a moment to switch the heater on.

We had the soup for our evening meal and it was excellent. The draught beer was good too, and the staff were really friendly. Our mid-priced room had everything we could have wanted for the price, and the bed was comfy. There was some noise from the bar, but once the pub shut, things settled down and we had a quiet night.
