Best Western Glasgow Livingston Hilcroft Hotel

Chris was brilliant from check-in right through to checkout, and the food at dinner was gorgeous with a great choice of gluten-free options. Breakfast let things down a little, the pancakes were hard, but apart from that I can't complain. I was only there overnight, and I'll definitely be back. Thank you.

The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful throughout my three nights here for work. Angela, the General Manager, made a point of checking that my stay was going well whenever she saw me. Megan at reception even came to my rescue when I got lost in the countryside trying to find my way back to the hotel. After a 4hr journey involving 3 trains and a bus, Chris greeted me at reception with a big smile and a warm welcome. He helped with all my questions about the area, and after hearing me ramble about the trip, upgraded me to a room with a spa bath. Thank you so much, mate. I had a really enjoyable stay and look forward to coming back when I'm in the area. Keep up the fabulous work, team!

Breakfast was included, and you could get a cooked Scottish breakfast or a version that suited you, rather than just a cold continental spread. The location isn't perfect, but it's central for exploring both Edinburgh and Glasgow. The staff were friendly and helpful, and housekeeping clearly take pride in their work. The room was cleaned every day, and a small issue with the bathroom fan had been fixed by the time we got back. If you need something or have forgotten anything, they'll try to help. We'd definitely stay here again.

I've eaten here multiple times and always found the service and food great. It's a beautiful setting for weddings, and they have a 3 course Senior menu for £15. Kyllie in the restaurant is amazing!
