I stopped for coffee with my in-laws before heading home and asked for an extra-hot latte. They got it just right. Some places can't make mine properly, but this one did it to perfection. Lovely staff, definitely worth a visit. If I'm in the area again, I'll be back. Highly recommend.

We had two bowls of the chef's special Cullen skink, homemade chips and a pint of beer in the sunshine. The food was really tasty and arrived quickly, and the staff were so friendly. We went on a relatively quiet Monday, and the sun was out, which helped. A lovely little lunch spot, highly recommend trying it.

We arrived after 8pm, late and disappointed with our campsite, but the staff couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. They still managed to serve us the nicest fish and chips. Everyone had a smile, a friendly chat, and the atmosphere was so warm. The view was absolutely beautiful too. Would recommend it 100 percent.

We had a great five-night stay. The staff were always attentive and helpful, and the food and menu were excellent. The pub was busy every night, though you could have a quieter meal in the restaurant. Just a great stay all round.

Breakfast was included, and our large room was good value, though pretty basic. We enjoyed the scampi and spaghetti bolognaise, both tasty and generous portions. The location is lovely, with a couple of nice pubs we visited nearby in town. There's also a nice coastal path, with the remains of a castle you can visit for free.
