Meg was welcoming, and the rooms were very comfortable with tasteful decor. The bathrooms were spotless, and I slept well. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, with a sea view even from my room. Breakfast was tasty and there was plenty of parking. I'll definitely return. The WiFi was a little patchy, but I got into a good book, so didn't really need it.

We loved the house, especially how beautiful, comfortable and spotless it was. The breakfast was the best, with a great range and really high quality food. Meg was a wonderful host and kindly met us at 11.55pm after our boat trip from Ireland. Dog owners should especially consider a visit, it's so brilliant and dog friendly. Highly recommend to everyone. We'd stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks, Megan and team.

Getting there was an adventure for us city folks, but once we arrived, we wished we'd booked more than one night. The house and its surroundings are beautiful. Meg was a perfect host, and we really liked the breakfast room. Recommended!

Meg is a lovely, thoughtful host, and the location and facilities are wonderful. My partner, our 5 month old baby and I stayed at The Old Vicarage for three nights. It's a beautiful, stylish place with lots of considerate touches, and the breakfasts were superb. Meg's local food recommendations exceeded our expectations. We'd happily recommend the B&B and hope to return next year, if not sooner.

Meg was such a lovely host, and the beautiful grounds made us wish we'd booked a longer stay. I brought my 1 year old daughter and dog to the old vicarage this week, and we had the best time. The house looks like a Farrow and Ball catalogue and smells amazing. I booked just a day ahead, mentioning that we're vegan, and Meg still made us an incredible vegan breakfast and oat milk for my coffee. It was extremely reasonably priced too. I rarely rave about a stay, but this one was special, and I'd definitely come back. Thank you!
