The place was clean, well equipped, and in a great location. One frustration was the lift: it wasn’t working, and it looked as if it had been out of order for a while. That’s difficult when you’re on the third floor. I’d otherwise give it five stars and would recommend it.
We had a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment for our family of four, and it was far roomier and better value than a hotel room. It was fully furnished and equipped, with Sky TV, internet, and tea and coffee. Great restaurants are right nearby, and it’s easy to get to town and Newbury Racecourse. We also had the option to eat in. I’d definitely recommend it.
The booking process was awful, and the customer service was shocking. I paid in full, but they said I hadn’t. They also didn’t mention the extra £150 deposit until after I’d booked, which left me feeling committed and obliged to go ahead with the stay. I won’t use any of their properties again.
Clean, modern apartments with nice furnishings, right off Newbury’s main shopping street. The location was great.
The price was reasonable, and dealing with Guest Services was pleasant. It was so quiet and felt like home. I loved staying here and would book again when I’m in the area.
